is a family run business entity with a history spanning three generations. Since the 1950s, we have been in the rattan trade. We pride ourselves in being able to deliver goods of consistent quality. We are able to do so as we travel to the deep jungles of South East Asia to look for good sources of Rattan materials to meet our customer’s requirements.
Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reliable supplier of good quality rattan materials and have established a worldwide clientele that spans the four continents. Our customers are long standing customers that we have established good relationships with.
We are also aware that the rattan industry has changed over the years and customers now prefer to order various types of material in one container order. Given that we have about 10,000 square meters of warehouse space, we are able to keep a wide variety and quantity of inventory in order to service our customers.
In essence, we are a “one stop shop” to meet our customer’s requirements for rattan, bamboo and natural fiber materials.
We also have an able and experienced staff that select and grade the materials for our customers. The experience of our staff, many of whom have been with us for more than 30 years, is something that we believe makes the difference.
This experience adds to the consistency of the quality selection and enables us to establish the long standing relationship we have with our customers. Being able to deliver consistent and good quality materials is one quality that we pride ourselves in providing to our customers.
Who are our customers?
Our customers range from furniture manufacturers, basket or seat makers, restorers of rattan or antique furniture, importers, wholesalers, martial arts equipment manufacturers, polo mallet manufacturers, interior designers, percussion mallet manufacturers and archery bow manufacturers.
